The platform's role
CoreFinTech provides an information service: scoring files and connecting two sides. It is not a party to the credit agreement between you and your counterparty.
User obligations
Information submitted must be truthful. Arrangers may use accessed data only to arrange capital for that specific borrower, and must not pass it to any third party in any form.
Termination
The platform may suspend accounts that breach the above, and revoke every access grant held by that account.
